Referral Membership Policy Agreement

The FREE Referral Membership is a reward program that is run and operated solely by Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc.

We have designed this program in order to reward our members for widening the awareness of breast cancer and the knowledge of clinical thermography for the Canadian women.

This program is not associated or affiliated with any other government, private, corporate military or charity organizations or any other Clinic.

This is solely a voluntary compensation program from the part of Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc.

The company does not take responsibility for your profit earning expectations or offering any employment opportunities through this program. Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. is however committed to compensate any individual or professional that participates in our reward program by crediting the referee's (the person referring a patient) credit card account with $ 25.00 CAD , when a Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. breast imaging had been completed and paid for by the referred party (the person who was referred by the referee and being scanned).

If the Referred Party does not take up the opportunity to follow up on the referred breast scan, Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. is not responsible for paying the $ 25.00 CAD compensation to the Referee Party.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. will continue however to keep in touch with the individual and when Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. breast imaging takes place, at some time in the future, not later that one year, Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. will honor the referred party's contact information and our compensation plan.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. is not participating in any spamming activity; submitted contact information on that site will not be sold or forwarded to any other individuals, companies or services. All information will remain confidential and private at all times. The only other office receiving your contact information is the reporting doctor's office, for medical assessment and analysis purposes.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. however cannot be responsible for any criminal activity resulting in attempts to corrupt or steal this database.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. operates on a secure Internet connection and our security is as good as today's technology permits.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. will credit only credit card accounts that we have in our database, submitted by you on this secure line. If you do not supply us with this information, or the information is invalid, Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. is not responsible for following and tracking down this information for you.

If you do not agree submitting your credit card number on our secure online-form-section, or you have entered wrong information, you cannot participate in this reward program.

You may, as an alternative, op out from receiving money into your credit card account and start collecting your referral credits towards a future scan of your own. You may only need 10 referral to earn a FREE scan. So get busy and tell this technology to your friends and relatives.

How To Get FREE breast scan

1. First, sigh up as a member
2. Opt for the category "Collecting Credits". 
3. Submitting 10 referral contacts.

You will get an initial $25 discount bonus to start with, rewarded when all 10 referrals are completed. If you already have received a certificate from any other source, this discount may not apply again, on top of your certificate discount.

When scans are completed by your referred parties, your account is credited $25 each scan.

You at all time responsible for managing your online referral account info and entering the names of Referred Parties, case by case. The accounting and crediting part is done by us.

You may not call us or e-mail us with your referred contact info and expect that Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. will enter your referred information in your account for compensation. You can however still send us referrals but if it is not entered through this program, you cannot be rewarded for it.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. does not have the capacity at this time to facilitate hours of info management time to keep track of referral information manually, other than on the online-automated business application program, which looks after this task securely and efficiently.

We will not ever debit any credit card entered through this program. If you yourself become a patient, your card information will be taken again at the clinic and entered separately for debiting, with your permission.

Thermography Clinic, Mississauga West Inc. will always send a confirmation e-mail to you and to the referred individual when they are being referred.

Referring individuals that you do not know personally or business wise is not permitted in this program. It is however permitted for the referred party to decline when you referred them. It is the referred party's choice at that time and you are not obligated in any way.

Spamming and willful mischief will be persecuted by the proper authorities in the court of law, according to the rules and regulations by the Canadian government.
